Get a nice-looking box, write on the lid, “Whatever is contained in this box – IS!” Get photographs of cars, homes, clothes, money, etc., anything you would like to include in your experience and as you place the pictures in the box, say, “Whatever is contained in this box – IS!” Make this a lifestyle habit and see and appreciate all that the practice of the Art of Allowing brings.
